Worship Director
General Description/Primary Objective:
The Worship Director will maintain a vibrant faith and relationship with Christ through worship, evangelism, Christian fellowship, study of God’s Word, prayer and service.
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
- Oversee and resource all worship services in consultation with the Senior Pastor, including Sunday and Wednesday services, Academy Chapel, funerals, weddings and other special events.
- Recruit, equip, and mentor all volunteers that serve in Music, Worship, Drama and Audio/Visual areas.
- Manage sound and video equipment, musical instruments and music (including copyrights and musical library).
- Other responsibilities as agreed upon under the direction of the Senior Pastor.
Qualifications:
General:
- A love of the LORD, a personal testimony and walk that exhibits this love, and a servant heart.
- An understanding of Lutheran theology and subscription to and practice of AFLC doctrine and principles, with a willingness to become an active member of our congregation.
- Strong musical skills including vocal and instrumental direction, musical reading, music notation, and interpretation.
- An ability to effectively craft a blended worship that fosters reverence and excellence, glorifies God, incorporates lay volunteers, and incorporates as appropriate hymns, modern praise, choruses, drama, and instrumental music.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- An ability to recruit, equip, and mentor lay volunteers, and the ability to develop and maintain personal relationships with the congregation.

ProPresenter, Abelton, Loop, Planning Center, Sound mixing, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams

Multi-Media Manager
General Description/Primary Objective:
This position is responsible for supporting a variety of ministry functions, which includes Sunday and Wednesday Worship as a priority. It is a task and project orientated role, using various mediums for communication, information and presentation across ministry lines.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Support Communication/Promotion
2. Content Creation
- Sunday and Wednesday Worship
- Youth and Children Events
- Church Outreach Events
- Funerals / Special Events
- Church website & Social Media content
2. Content Creation
- Graphics for the various ministries
- Communication with the congregation
- Active social media presence
- Sunday and Wednesday Worship
- Youth and Children
- Bible Studies
- Special Occasions (Funerals, weddings, church meetings, programs)
- Audio/Visual sermon pre and post-production
- Livestream set-up / troubleshooting
Qualifications:
1. A love for Jesus and servant heart.
2. Task oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Working knowledge in audio, lighting, and video fundamentals and willingness to learn.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Creative Cloud (or any other content creation tools)

Dean of the Grammar School and Preschool
Abiding Savior Academy invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Dean of the Grammar School and Preschool (grades PS-5th). The Dean will have the opportunity to guide a mission-driven school division into its next chapter. He/she will provide leadership and support to our Grammar School and Preschool faculty, and he/she will invest in the instruction and development of young lives towards an excellent classical Christian foundation, a lifelong love of learning, a love of truth and goodness and beauty, and a life of discipleship under Jesus Christ. He/she will be the educational leader for the Grammar School and Preschool, having oversight of day-to-day operations, including spiritual formation, staff professional development (in coordination with the Head of School), classroom management, curricular and extracurricular programs, scheduling, student achievement, student safety, and more. The Dean will also have the opportunity for leadership across the school in coordination with the Head of School. The position starts in the summer of 2026 in preparation for the 2026-2027 school year. The Dean reports to the Head of School and serves on the Senior Leadership Team.
