GO is where what God has grown in you starts feeding into someone else. GO is not an obligation or a burden.
Instead GO is what a growing believer eventually does, the same way a healthy tree eventually bears fruit without deciding to.

First, what GO is not
For a lot of people the word “go” feels like a demand, and a scary one at that — go stand on a corner, hand out tracts,
argue someone into the Kingdom. That is not a natural GO, but one that is forced. Instead, the more you
KNOW God and the more you GROW in the Spirit, the more you realize what GO actually is — and what it is not:
It is not a program. There is nothing to sign up for before you can start. Most of GO happens in your daily relationships.
Everyone has a circle of influence, it is a matter of how you are using that influence.
It is not only for the bold. Quiet people have been doing this faithfully for two thousand years.
Being used by God has never required being outgoing, it requires a willingness to be used.
It is not about having every answer. That is often our mistake — we think we have to have an answer without ever knowing
the reason for the question being asked. Learn the intent behind the question, and suddenly “let us find out together” is the perfect answer.
It is not a stage you graduate into. You do not arrive here. You just start, and it is usually before you feel ready.
This is why community is so important — you often start with the support and encouragement of one another.

Each One Reach One
One person. A friend, a neighbor, a coworker, someone in your own family who does not know Jesus.
You walk beside them, pray for them, answer their questions, and keep showing up — until they are ready to come and see for themselves.
This is Each One Reach One at its most personal, and it is the single most valuable thing a believer can do with the faith
they have been given. Some of you are already doing this. It just does not have a name or a sign-up sheet yet.
Over the next few years we will be building real support around it — training, materials, and someone walking with you while you walk with them.

taking on responsibility in a ministry and bringing someone with you while you do it.
Having someone a step ahead of you is one of the three relationships that shape a growing Christian most,
alongside a group where you belong and a home where faith is talked about. It is also the one we have the least of right now.
This is hard work, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is also the work that determines whether the next generation of
this church knows what we know. So we are building the support before we ask: training, clear expectations, and someone
alongside you — because saying yes should never mean being handed a room and wished good luck.

Here is what nobody warns you about: walking in faith with someone else will expose how much of it you are still struggling with.
It always seems like the questions they ask are the ones you have been avoiding, or the verse you thought you
understood turns out to need more work.
That is not failure. That is the circle turning. GO sends you straight back to KNOW, hungrier than you were,
and the whole thing starts again — deeper this time, and now you have brought someone with you.
